Base Diameter

Cold‑formed mild steel base plate (100 × 100 × 3 mm) precision‑welded to a 1” OD mild steel support tube, fully threaded along its entire length.

Head Diameter

90 mm diameter × 3 mm mild steel disc, welded to a 1¼” OD mild steel tube, reduced at one end to accept the mating thread of the base.

• H5E–H14: compatible with screw‑down panel and stringer

Adjustment Range

Available in heights from 25 mm to 600 mm, each with generous built‑in adjustment.

Finish

All components are zinc‑plated and gold‑passivated after assembly. Specialised finishes are available for enhanced protection against zinc whiskering.

Tolerances

All component threads are manufactured to long‑established flooring and fastener industry tolerances, ensuring a reliable fit for rapid installation without compromising strength or rigidity.

Testing

All relevant PSA tests—T5, T8, T15 and T16—are performed both in‑house and externally to verify pedestal performance. Full test documentation is available upon request.
